Information

Prohibited items:
Any goods that are illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, hazardous, perishable or that are a risk to the property of any person.

Access:
You will need to supply your own padlock to secure the storage unit. Upon commencement you will be provided with a personalized pin code to access the facility.
Only you are able to control who has access to your unit.

Suggested sizing:
Please refer to the Supa-Safe & The Safe Space pages to view the measurements of each unit as there are many factors that only you are able to take into account based on the items you are storing. Note: we offer 360′ views of the units available on the Supa-Safe page.

Fees:
Payments fall due monthly from the commencement date until you terminate your agreement in writing.

Making payments:
You are required to register with Rental Rewards to make your monthly rental payments.  This is a free service with no fees or charges when you sign up to pay your rent by direct debit.  Our office would be more than happy to assist you with setting up this facility for you.  Please be aware with your initial setup to allow three (3) business days for direct debit payments to be cleared funds into our trust account.

Overdue rent:
Your unit may be overlocked and your access code deactivated if you are in arrears.
Overdue arrears messages will be sent to you and if payment continues to be outstanding and exceeds 45 days, a final warning and Auction proceedings may take place.
If you have been locked out due to arrears and pay all monies owing, please be aware your access pin will not be reactivated until the upcoming Thursday.

Insurance:
We recommend that you speak to your insurance provider to ensure that your contents stored are covered by your own insurance policy.
